The mission of the ICT Office is to provide sustainable, timely and accurate services, advice, information and training in the areas of Information and Communication Technology to support and inform effective and efficient teaching, learning, research and management of the institute. Services are provided according to demand and satisfaction of the EiABC students, academic and administrative staff, students and Management in line with the institute’s strategic plan. The ICT Office provides a full range of services, including:

Broadband Internet for Local Area Networked clients and wireless internet users
FTP services including backup and retrieval services students
Webmail service and outlook configuration
Web administration services for EiABC website
Information Technology security services including policies, advice, training, best practises and incident handling
Help Desk Service for students and staffs
System administration, development and customization for Information Management Systems (e.g. Student Information System, Central Administration, Human Resource , Financial Management System etc)
E-Learning and trainings on e-Education
Provision and support of Hardware and Software for Students and Staffs
Professional software trainings for students , staffs and external customers
Provision, support and superivion of IT Laboratories for students
Provision of digital library services: e-Books, Architectural Images etc
Computer and office machine maintenance and repair
Inventory management of IT equipment, materials and devices
IT equipment procurerment support
